Inverse problem for a parabolic equation with space-periodic boundary conditions by a Carleman estimate

We prove conditional stability of an inverse problem for a parabolic equation with space-periodic boundary conditions. The key in the proof of stability is a Carleman estimate for space-periodic functions.
