The analytical formulas for the gradient of the residual functional for the coefficient inverse problem for the elasticity system

The analytical formulas for calculating the gradient of the residual functional for the coefficient inverse problem for the system of elasticity for horizontally-stratified medium is presented. These formulas are obtained for the first time. The functional gradient is calculated for the finite number of steps. The algorithm might be easily parallelized.
