Torque Sensor for Micro Motors with Opto-Electronic Measuring Equipment

A new type of torque sensor with high sensibility is presented. It has been developed for the measurement on rotating micro systems. The deformation of a torsion-element is measured by means of an opto-electronic device. An example is given in a test set-up for micro motors.
