Structural Pole Assignment for PMD Processes

The paper states and solves the structural pole assignment problem for PMD (Polynomial Matrix Description) processes. This problem arises from polynomial feedback control design, if in addition to the assignment of the eigenvalues of the closed-loop system, also the series of its invariant polynomials is prescribed.
