Simultaneous Measurement of Shape and Color of Complex Objects

Procedures for measuring the 3D shape of objects are well-known for many years. In different applications it is necessary to obtain the shape and color of complex objects. Using color cameras has the drawback of low resolution, low frame rates and it may cause shape measurement errors. The method shown here allows to obtain shape and color simultaneously by using monochromatic cameras only.
