Puls-Radar for mm-Precision in Level Measurement

The requirements of mm-precision in tank gauging under reference and application conditions are discussed. Decisive parameters of an overall concept (puls radar, carrier frequency 5,8GHz, phase evaluation, 2-wire systems, antenna choice) are explained and their advantages are illustrated.
