Online-Determination of Reliability Characteristics as a Modul of the SRCE-concept

The contribution introduces the realization of the online-determination of reliability characteristics as a modul of the SRCE-concept. The idea of the SRCE-concept is the observation and supervision of reliability characteristics of dynamic systems.
The contribution contents the development of failure rates, which depend on the stress and the stress-history of a system. The proposed failure rates can be used for control or supervision purposes in several applications of the automation control and engineering fields.
