Microbolometer-based MWIR Infrared Camera

An uncooled infrared system comprising a microbolometer array for the medium wavelength infrared range (MWIR, 3…5 μm wave length) was developed. Particularly for industrial applications, the MWIR offers many advantages, such as the measuring of glass temperature or for supervision of furnace rooms.
