Temperature compensation can considerably reduce unwanted temperature influences on precision instruments. Measuring the temperature at different positions and using the signals’ dynamic is called dynamic temperature compensation. A relation exists between the stability of temperature measurement and the possible dynamic models of temperature dependence. This relation is useful for model identification. The effect of the dynamic temperature compensation is shown by the example of an electronic precision balance.
