Detection and Assessment of Infiltration/Inflow in Sewer Systems

In contrast to the common methods to investigate infiltration/inflow in sewer systems, measurements with hydrochemical sensors offer a method to detect infiltration in sewer systems and quantify the infiltration rate at the same time. They can be seen as a useful tool to assess rehabilitation needs of sewers.
