This paper presents the design and the analysis of an electrical single-flap-drive of transport category aircraft. Special attention is turned to the optimal choice of influenceable system parameters, regarding a sufficient synchronisation of all drives and the prevention of semi-stable vibrations. The results of non-linear simulations complete this study.
