A Note on System Theoretic Elements of Discrete Event Systems – Part 2: Range Domain

This paper continues the first part of this overview by the definition of a kind of range domain. For discrete event signals the algebraic methodology used in this approach will become obvious interpreting the terms of the transfer function as the instants in which particular events take place. Finally a system´s transfer function is calculated in order to demonstrate the defined terms.
