Visualization: Methods and Applications in Therapy Planning and Education

Medical Visualization deals with the display and exploration of medical volume data. The exploration of the patient individual image data, the visualization of branching structures, the emphasis of selected objects, measurements and virtual resections are among the basic tasks. Possible solutions for these tasks are presented and discussed by means of case studies.
