The vision of ubiquitous and miniaturized information- and communication technology that is integrated seamlessly in the daily lives of people and processes in companies also creates extended possibilities in the area of Knowledge Management. This papers looks at the aspects on the influence of technical advancements on future Knowledge Management and which requirements and elements exist in a “Ubiquitous Knowledge Management”. For that purpose the usage of Ubiquitous Computing in Knowledge Management is determined from a theoretical perspective.
