Taxonomy of Interactivity in Multimedia – A Contribution to the Acutal Metadata Discussion

The term interactivity frequently occurs in the literature about learning management systems and e-learning and plays a special role in the discussions about metadata for learning systems. Interactivity denotes the actice manipulation of learning objects by the learner. The article proposes a scale for interactive multimedia objects according to interactivity.
