Reuse of Mixed Analog-Digital Circuits

Reuse of analogue and mixed-signal circuits is an essential step towards increasing design efficiency. Far from being an automatic procedure, reuse is closely related to the progress in structured design methods, modelling methodology, hardware description languages, synthesis and optimization, automated model generation, simulation, and verification. Reuse of analogue circuits is compared with reuse of digital circuits.
