Redesign of a Usable User Interface for Computer Supported Roleplay

This article points out problems with the user interface for a cooperative, chat based learning tool. These deficits are mainly related to the lack of awareness. Process awareness can support self directed and process oriented learning and therefore make it more controllable and usable for the learner.
