Kolibri – Development of Models and Tools for Cooperative Digital Reference Libraries

This paper describes the results of the Kolibri project, which aims at supporting cooperative processes within digital reference libraries. After a discussion of the requirements specific for this application area, a corresponding generic model for digital reference libraries is introduced and two library tools relying on this model are described.
