Graph Based Model of the Implementation Space of Mixed Systems

This paper presents a formal and graph based model of the design and implementation space of mixed signal systems. The model allows the application of computer based analysis and optimization. The basic features of a mixed signal design methodology on system level – Analog/Digital-Co-Design – are introduced. Analog/Digital-Co-Design is based on the systemgraph model. The paper concludes with a representative example to demostrate the applicability and tractability of the suggested solution.
