Goal oriented Requirements Engineering Methods for Developing Agent Systems

Based on a problem description we discuss in the paper the state of the art for goal oriented requirements engineering. Beside a general definition of software agents we focus on the resulting requirements from the characteristic attribute of proactive and goal oriented behaviour. We produce a systematic comparison of goal oriented requirements engineering methods in the context of agent systems.
