Fit for the Job – E-Learning in Vocational Training for Industrial Teamleaders

Aim of the “Meisternetz” project was the conception and production of 12 e-learning modules with an activity oriented didactical approach. Complex, work situated learning tasks, derived from real work situations, were realised as web based trainings to support future industrial team leaders during their vocational training and enhance IT-competence.
