Apparent Molar Volumes and Refractive Indices of Hydroxamic Acid Solutions

Apparent molar volumes (φ_v) of ten nonelectrolytes, the hydroxamic acids, as a function of their concentration (0.002–0.01 M) in benzene solution have been estimated from measured density data in benzene. The activation parameters, solvation numbers and values of refractive indices in benzene are also reported.
