A theoretic model of adsorption and desorption of ions at the interface ´´liquid ionic solution - neutral gas´´ is developed. The mechanism and quantitative criterion for the dissolved ions selection with respect to their ability or disability to adsorb is suggested. An essential attention is focused on the analysis of adsorption and desorption processes at the surface of bubbles in an aqueous electrolyte solution. The Debye-Hückel problem for the case of eφ/kT > 1 (φ is the electric potential and T is the temperature) is solved for the bubbles which are in the diffusion equilibrium with an ambient liquid. The general problem of existence of the so-called bubston microphase in molecular liquid is formulated in the Conclusion.
